Laser Profilometry
The laser profilometry method enables detection of surface defects on tested objects, and also accurate measuring of geometric dimensions of defects.
Our laser profilers are made with the highest quality components, CNC machined and assembled in-house. The software that is included in the purchase of the scanner allows the user to scan with a single sweep of the laser.
The software allows for easy comparison with previous scans and trending of profiles for determining wear rates. It also provides a set of measuring cursors and manufacturer’s specifications for automated report writing.
